How will my package be shipped?

All packages are typically shipped via U.S. Postal Service with anything over $200 coming with signature confirmation. Small orders usually ship USPS 2-day Priority Mail. All shipments are insured thru usps policy. Packages are typically sent via USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail.  Packages of higher value will be sent USPS  or FedEx with a signature required upon delivery.

When can I expect my package to ship?

We work very hard to process and ship all orders in a timely fashion; however processing times are dependent upon payment method. PMLLC cannot guarantee these shipping times and they are estimates only. Actual shipping times may be affected by volatile market conditions and other factors beyond our control.

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include all tracking information.

How do I buy from PMLLC?

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day or over the phone during normal business hours (7 am - 4 pm PT, Mon-Fri). Our website offers 256-bit encryption to provide you with security, ensuring a safe, user-friendly ordering system. Upon placing an order with PMLLC, you will be required to provide your credit card information whether or not a credit card is used for payment. Your price is locked-in upon clicking the PLACE ORDER button in the Check-Out Area of the Shopping Cart.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

Bank Wire Transfers - Accepted for orders of Bulk sizes. 
Visa or MasterCard Credit / Debit Cards - Accepted for orders of $5,000 or less.
Paypal Express - Orders are accepted up to $5,000. Paypal has many payment methods available within their system. To use an American Express or Discover card, use Paypal as your payment method.
Personal Checks Checks and U.S. Postal Money Orders are accepted for transactions up to $20,000. 
Certified Checks, Cashiers' Checks, and U.S. Postal Money Orders - Checks and U.S. Postal Money Orders are accepted for transactions up to $9,999.99 

 Where do I find your bank / payment information?

The address of our bank, plus our account information (routing number, account number, etc.) is included in the " Order Confirmation" email you will receive from us after you place your order.

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us:

Can I cancel my order?

Once a transaction price is established and a confirmation number issued, the transaction cannot be cancelled for any reason except at PMLLCs sole and absolute discretion; provided, however, if payment in full of the transaction price is not received within 3-5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and charge your credit card in accordance with our market loss policy.

Can I return my order?

Yes, Returns are permitted under our Returns Policy.

Can I change my order?

You cannot change your order once your order has been confirmed.

Do you accept trade-ins of gold, silver, and platinum?

What  policy regarding partial shipments?

As a rule, we do not ship partial orders. Orders that contain both pre-sale and in-stock merchandise will be held and shipped only when all items are available to be shipped. Please keep this in mind when placing an order that combines both pre-sale and in-stock items.

What is PMLLCs policy regarding combining orders?

We do not typically combine orders to lower shipping charge(s) or for any other reason. Please keep this in mind when placing your order(s)

What is PMLLCs policy regarding credit card orders?

Due to policies imposed by Visa and Master Card merchant services, orders paid for by credit card may not be modified. If cancelled by you, the customer, they may also be subject to cancellation policies, including cancellation and market-loss fees.

What if I refuse delivery, miss delivery, or if my order just isn’t deliverable?

If your order is returned to us for any reason whatsoever, you will be responsible for all fees associated with its return to us. Additionally, if you wish us to reship your order, you will be required to 1) pay any due fees due to us, and 2) pay any new shipping fees.

Until all of the above fees have been paid, you will be prohibited from ordering from us.
